Product Review: Makeup Brush Cleaners

Ever wondered why despite having thrice monthly facials, drinking 2-litres of water per day, AND having a skin-care regime supermodels would be proud of, your skin STILL isn’t up to par? Well those pesky blemishes and that uneven complexion can actually be attributed to using dirty brushes to apply your makeup. After all how long ago did you clean your brush kit? Not cleaning your brushes weekly is kind of like smearing makeup mixed with bacteria all over your mug and the result just isn’t pretty. Not to mention totes gross. There is a MUCH easier way to frequently clean your brushes that doesn’t require soakage. It also doesn’t involve house-cleaning-grade disinfectants that can potentially RUIN those blessed bristles that hide your flaws so.

Makeup brush cleaner. Simply spritz on a clean tissue and wipe brush back and forth until it wipes clear. Voila!

  1. Great article! I recommend trying BeautySoClean Conditioning Brush Cleanser. Its the brush cleanser that I currently use and I am so glad that I have gotten my hands on it. It conditions and kills the bacteria on makeup brushes and removes any residue from makeup. It’s fast and easy to use; place the brush on paper towel give it a couple of sprays and sweep it around the paper towel and the brushes are ready to use. No need to wait overnight like the most known method of makeup brush cleansing with shampoo and water. The price is good too, about $25 for a 250ml bottle.

  2. Just wanted to post and say nice webpage, great to read from people who know what they are talking about.

  3. This is very fascinating, You are a very professional blogger. I have joined your rss feed and sit up for looking for more of your magnificent post. Also, I’ve shared your website in my social networks!

  4. I noticed another person mentioning Beautysoclean! I use the brush cleaner too. They also have sanitizing wipes for lipsticks, mascaras and pencils. I also love the sanitizing mist for powders and compacts. Great brush cleaner too; leaves the brush soft and clean!
