Sydney Tapas Restaurant: MUSE CAFÉ
Muse Café has to be one of the best-kept secrets of Sydney’s inner west. Located just a short 7 minute drive from the Sydney CBD; this quirky little tapas bar is found in the realms of Summer Hill, a quaint village-like suburb found nestled between Petersham and Haberfield.
Enjoy some of their delicious Sangria (only $19 for a 1L carafe) as you decide which of the many tapas options are most likely to tickle your taste buds the most. Based on a mix of Spanish flavours and mediterranean cuisine, the menu takes a fresh look at ingredients, prepared with the utmost of care and attention to flavour.
I recommend that you start with pita bread and the chefs selection of homemade dips (delish). You also MUST try the ‘Patatas Bravas’, a selection of the yummiest of potatoes topped with an abundance of spices, each bite simply bursting with flavour.
Meat lovers are sure to be impressed with the many chorizo options and brazilian style meat skewers.
Whatever your taste buds prefer, Muse is sure to delight them, so make a visit this summer must!
